hi folks
a friend started a edme bitter kit last week and he put the yeast in that was provided with the kit and another sachet of what he thinks was a different yeast (god knows why) what would be the consequences of this error
it seems to have stopped fermenting but he says it only takes about 4/5 days on the instructions
