That's a lot of kit! Nice! Any reason why you went with a proper keg rather than a corny?

A couple of reasons
Sanke being the industry standard are easy to get and are in no short supply now or in the future, I believe cornies are no longer used for fizzy drinks dispensing so will become difficult to come by eventually. So I'm kind if future proofing !
Also there roughly the same price ! And sankes come in 30l size so can take an average 5g batches rather than have to bottle the extra, I plan to force carbonate in the keg and just bottle using a beer gun as needed for sedement free bottles.

I appreciate cornies are easier to clean but that's the only benefit I can see

And yes I've got carried away with the kit

You made a good decision there choosing a Sankey. As far as cleaning goes, I rinse mine out with warm water, then fill with some warm water and 2 scoops of oxi. Give it a good shake, I even roll mine back and fore on an old bath mat. Rinse and job done! Mine are spotless after over 2 years use, and using the same seals.
