hi
which is the best fermenting tub for frequent fermentations,the reason i ask is mine keep getting scratched and pitted after a few months of use cheers joe.

a stainless steel conical with integrated heating/cooling.. ? :p

failing that, if it's the plastic FVs getting scratched that's causing concern, then stainless steel stockpots might be the answer
dazzled, doused in gin..

tried stainless steel pot from france or some place but yeast still ate into the flaws in the s/s,

Even if you have to change them regularly, plastic FVs represent the best value IMO. Have you tried the "yorkshire Square" fermenters :lol: Im currently using these - the 32L PP Storage Boxes sold in all manner of shops; mine come from Tesco on special offer and cost me £4 each....just check they have the knife and fork symbol on em.
