Maximum boil length

Hi guys , i have a 50l boil kettle , what is the maximum i can brew in this ?

If you add hops and leave space to prevent boil over I would suggest the maximum you could realistically boil would be 45 litres (carefully). You may lose some in evaporation but can liquor back to get expected volume, of probably 40 litres. I would plan the recipe for 40 litres brewlength.
What size if your mash tun, do you have enough space to mash for to 40 -45 litres brewlength, this might be you main constraint ?

i have a 36qt igloo marine coolbox that will just about be big enough to batch sparge with (i'll be upgrading both around Christmas to 80l capacity or close)
