Hi all, I am looking to start another Russian imperial stout and I am wondering what sort of hops I could use

I have brewed and RIS a few years back and I used Challenger Hops. Just wondering which hops out of the list below would be ok for a RIS apart from Challenger??? And also in what sort of quantity? I will be using roughly the same recipe as before for a 10L Batch
