i take it that the recipes in the real ale almanac are ag brews is there any way to convert to extract brewing and get a same or similar result

what about hops will i need to boil these in water for 90 mins or whatever recipe asks for to get right bitterness then add it to brew or is there another method

how do i convert this recipe into an extract recipe


Black Country Mild 5 gallon batch OG 1039 ABV 3.6%

MARIS OTTER PALE MALT 3530 gms
CRYSTAL MALT 150 gms
CHOCOLATE MALT 80 gms
BLACK MALT 80 gms

HOPS boil time 90 minutes no EBU given so 22 EBU
FUGGLES 39 gms

do i need to boil all ingrediants for 90 mins or just hops and how much water only got a presure cooker pan

only about 8 ltr but may get a 33 or 50 ltr stock pot of ebay what do you think

i presume to scale down to 10l i reduce ingrediants by half
