Burco element

I've got on well in the past with the old burco butterfly-shaped elements in my boiler, they went on for years. But theres a more recent (possibly third-party?) design around now too, that looks like this:


I'm wondering if they are similarly reliable. I know a few people have used these for a while now, how are they going?
