Hi All
Made Dennis kings “Galaxy delight” this morning and had an est OG of 1.055 but came out at 1.070, I only added 1 packet of rehydrated yeast (M44 MANGROVE), should I add another

you should be fine with one packet. I've fermented 1070 beers with one packet of S04 quite happily before now. I've not used M44 but I can't imagine it being that different.

Ive made it before and love it, but my OG shot up on this one, I make sure I’ve got lots of galaxy in

Really don’t know Hahahaha, took 2 samples to double check as well
