Would be great to get a source of cocoa husks other than buying mulch. Any info would be appreciated.

Chocolate Orange Imperial Stout
Re: Chocolate Orange Imperial Stout
I've found some on ebay that look promising: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Cocoa-Husk-BB ... SwWTRWu18D
Although it says they're for smokers, it does claim to be 100% natural cocoa husk.
Ideally though I'd like to find some that I know for certain are safe for putting in food. I've seen a lot of stuff about cocoa husk tea becoming popular, but can't find anything about where these people are getting the husks to make their tea with.

I have seen some brewers use orange peel powder also. Not sure exactly when it would be added though.
I fancy trying something similar, anyone have any suggestions on when to add the orange ?

You can get the cacao shells from chocolatiers.
I've brewed the base Russian Imperial stout and just added the cacao shells and zest, I'll know next week how they taste
The shells and zest combined though
before I added it, smelt amazing.
