Hi All,
I have 150g of Pilgrim that I would like to use up. It's not really a hop have used much (although I must have used 50g somewhere...) so I wanted a steer on what it's good in/with? Rather than the default SMASH type brew, I wondered if anyone has a recipe they would like to share that I could use it in?
Cheers, Simon

Re: Pilgrim recipes please!
Sits well in most styles, but I've found the best is a darker beer, not necessarily a stout or porter but a rich best bitter with dark crystal or chocolate malt additions.
FWH if you use for bittering as it can be a bit harsh. But as much as you like at 15mins and flame out.

Can't be arsed to keep changing this bit, so, drinking some beer and wanting to brew many more!

Thanks for that Dave. So late additions rather than early... Any hops it goes particularly well with?
