Brewferm toucan

Post by Brewce » Fri Nov 13, 2020 3:03 pm

Hi there, I've just got a few brewferm kits at a discount and am thinking of mixing a couple of them for fun.
I have a Gallia, Oranje Bock, Ambiorix and an Oud Vlaams Bruin.
Any suggestions or experience on what would be a good blend would be much appreciated.

Would you use both yeasts, add the amounts of sugar recommended for both kits?

Thanks.

I'm not familiar with those kits, but I'd be tempted to mix two of them together and skip the recommended sugar additions.
I'm just here for the beer.

Check the hops (IBUs) remember when you use two cans your adding in effect 2 lots of hops.
There is a huge thread on https://aussiehomebrewer.com/ about toucans.

Good luck. Aamcle
