Planning for Sunday.
Did this Sunday morning and the airlock is burping tonight every three seconds.
I'm just here for the beer.

I bottled this batch yesterday. The flavor/aroma is tropical fruit with a hint of citrus. The pine aroma from the hops fresh out of the package has faded to the background.

I tried one after six days. I'm really liking the flavor and aroma. I need to give it another six days or so to develop more carbonation.

I was only looking to get an idea of the flavor and aroma characteristics. I have plans for other batches with it including a west coast IPA, possibly a double IPA.

It came out pretty close to the description so I'm happy. I have a couple more recipes to brew with them planned for the not too distant future.
