Ultratap Flow Control Twist
Re: Ultratap Flow Control Twist
Over a year now since Keg King promised these in the UK.
Still no sign of the distributor Bevie UK have any Keg King Stock.
Keg Kings website still states that Brew2Bottle are the sole UK suppliers.
Not sure these things will ever make it now.
I have looked at buying them in Norway or the USA but the price is treble that of Australia.

Malt Miller had something similar (if not those) at BrewCon.

Re: Ultratap Flow Control Twist
Indeed, we had them on our kegerator at Brew Con, I have been promised these within days. Will be on the site as soon as we have them.
Re: Ultratap Flow Control Twist
Excellent! So how does the sparkler attachment fair compared to the normal spout?
Does this mean you are getting stock of other Keg King stuff too?
Re: Ultratap Flow Control Twist
Whipee! I've been waiting ages for these! I'll have two gold (brass) coloured ones please ... what you mean they'll only be available "chromed"? Ah well ...

Good to see some wider distribution of the Keg King products.

Ended up buying in the US, the UK KK product prices are eye-watering.

Whilst over there or did you take the import duty hit? The Euro and pound are both in the toilet at the moment so will not be helping things.Nashbrew wrote:Ended up buying in the US, the UK KK product prices are eye-watering.
Did you manage to get a sparkler spout too?

It's a relatively cheap beer tap, at the end of the day. An interesting design. Hopefully, it adds something, as claimed. I'll probably get one if it turns out to reflect the marketing. I don't think it's going to be a replacement for my beer engine, though. Unless several taps are being purchased, I don't see much point buying in the US. As a buyer, you have much more protection in Europe, if anything goes wrong with your purchase

Re: Ultratap Flow Control Twist
I recently took delivery of the Ultra twist. The twist function has certainly improved on the standard tap in terms of the amount of co2 and head control I achieve out of the keg. I have since bought the after sale spring and can’t fit it properly into the faucet I have. I’ll have to keep googling for instructions as the one I bought here in the uk came without fitting instructions.
