
My only concern is that it will never clear so tonight I put together a few ingredients and come up with this.
In 8 litre urn I steeped in muslin bag for 30 mins 125g Amber malt and 125g Aromatic malt.
Boiled 60g Northdown hops (7.9aa) in 1200g Brupaks pale malt liquid extract made up to 8 litres with water for 90 minutes
20g morthdown added for last 10 minutes.
The remainder of the extract was melted (4100g in total) and the whole lot made up to about 28 litres with campden tablet treated water
Safale 04 yeast sprinkled on top
So what do you clever guys think will happen with this one?
