HOPS boil time 90 minutes 37 EBU

CHALLENGER 40 gms

Add 20 gms CHALLENGER last 15 minutes.

FIRST GOLD 28 gms

Add 20 gms CASCADE last 15 minutes.

Suggested yeast WYEAST 1728 or WHITE LABS WLP 028.

HOPS BOIL TIME 90 minutes 37.5 EBU

CHALLENGER27 gms
HERSBRUCKER 29 gms

Add 20 gms HERSBRUCKER last 15 minutes.

This beer is brewed with a lager yeast.

GOLDEN PROMISE PALE MALT 3570 gms
CRYSTAL MALT 70 gms
ROAST BARLEY 80 gms
FLAKED BARLEY 100 gms
BLACK MALT 30 gms

HOPS boil time 90 minutes 29 EBU.

OMEGA hops stated but I've never been able to obtain these so I substituted TARGET.

TARGET 23 gms

Add 20 gms GOLDINGS last 15 minutes.

Suggested yeast WYEAST 1084 or WHITE LABS WLP 004.

suggested yeast WHITE LABS WLP 028 or WYEAST 1728.
