0.9kg dark dme
200g roast barley
40g chocolate malt
225g sugar
northdown hops 14grams, harvest alpha 6.0%
yeast saf 04 11g

Ferment for 8 days, primed wih 50g of sugar. Bottled so far 2weeks 4days
I could not wait so i tried a bottle tonight and i was a little bit disapointed with the taste, to me it tasted very bitter
