I bought a temp controller, fish tank heater and water bath. In my garage I have manged to keep the temps at 13-14 degrees for 2 weeks (curse this warmer weather)

I plan on keeping it in the FV undisturbed for another week. Then I will take some readings.
My question is this...
What do you do before bottling, do I take it out the water bath for a couple of days to come up to room temp, or take the readings in the bath and then bottle at 14 degrees and let it come up to room temp?
If it still smells eggy do you leave it longer?
I can't believe how well my cerveza turned out. After 30 days of conditioning I was in two minds about binning it. I tried some more on day 52 and it was freaking awesome, everyone that's tried it has loved it. I need this pils out the FV to get another couple of batches going

Thanks for all the advice guys
